Kangaroos, Carnivorous

Statistics are by species; Kangaroos, Carniverous is a large and varied group.

The real-world fossil record of Australia shows us a variety of carnivorous 'roos. We can extrapolate from these to imagine a whole range, from shrew-sized mouse-marauders to wallabies which, if solitary, would only hunt rabbit-sized prey, but which in packs might be bold enough to attack Humanoids; regular red 'roos with almost ape-like arms, clawed for grappling while their fangs gouge, to gigantic monsters, like hopping, mammalian tyrannosaurs.

A common tactic among carniverous 'roos is to grapple with the arms, hugging tight with a bear-like squeeze, while using their powerful hind limbs to kick, gutting prey with sword-like rear talons.

SEE Badgeroo, a hybrid of badger and carniverous kanga, as an example. Some Kangadillos are also carniverous
